Having previously designed Oxfam’s coin collection bins at Heathrow’s arrivals terminal we were given the opportunity to create an simple animated ad encouraging passengers to donate their spare foreign currency. The challenge was to create something that demonstrated the donation process along with the real-world impact of people’s generosity all in less than 10 seconds.
Once we had established what we wanted the ad to achieve, we developed a sequence of three simple scenes – coins to clean, running water to the positive impact on people’s lives.
